Rémy Sohier · Artistic practice

Creation.

Games, gestures and shared experiences.

Alongside research and teaching, I maintain an artistic practice. Since 2006, I have created experimental video games, interactive installations, live performances and digital images, individually and with other artists.

01 / ARTISTIC PRACTICE

Creating situations to experience.

My works use interaction as a means of expression: a gesture, a rule, a shared action or a deliberately frustrated expectation can become the substance of a work.

Some works are connected to research; others come from personal experience, humour, experimentation or the pleasure of making. This page brings together these different forms of creation.
